The HAB-910 is an auto blocker that combines a tracer, lensmeter, and blocker into a single system. By simply placing the lens on the blocker, lens gripping, optical center recognition, and frame reading become possible, making the lens blocking process effortless for anyone.
The HAB-910, which excels in lens recognition and lensmeter measurement—core elements of an auto blocker—features the patented Hartmann lensmeter and retro-reflective structure coupling technology, currently under international patent application. This technology enables automatic recognition of the optical center and ensures precise measurements without prism errors for any lens type, including single vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses.
Additionally, the lensmeter measurement speed and the digital scan speed for goggles and sunglasses lenses (Scan & Cut and Step Bevel) have been improved by up to four times compared to previous models, making it the fastest among existing auto blockers, according to the company.
User convenience has also been significantly improved. The automated lens gripping function ensures precise optical center measurement without slipping or wobbling, and the block adapter is automatically mounted, enabling lens blocking with just a screen touch, regardless of the lens placement direction, providing optimal user ease.
Additionally, it supports precise 3D tracing with 28,800 points for any type of frame material, and the step bevel editor allows for processing full and partial steps on the front, back, and both sides.
