LSA (Lilivis Smart Adaptive) System
Printing precision is enhanced by automatically measuring and correcting the light intensity to maintain consistent illumination with 95% overall light uniformity. By tracking LED usage time and automatically selecting only the LEDs necessary for printing, it reduces repetitive fatigue, prevents LCD panel damage, and improves equipment durability.
Equipped with a patented aspherical Fresnel lens
The patented aspherical Fresnel lens and array design minimize light overlap and distortion, ensuring uniform light distribution and excellent light straightness. The Pre-Heating Sensor function automatically raises the temperature of the material and equipment in the VAT when it falls below a certain threshold, thereby ensuring a higher success rate for initial output.
Optimization technology that satisfies both quality and speed
With LED placement optimization technology, uniform light is irradiated across the entire internal surface, preventing over-curing and under-curing to achieve optimal curing quality. The Ultra UV Power exposured from 20 top/10 side high-power LEDs for fast heat curing and maximization of resin properties.
